Philanthropy
Phi Mu's Founders felt so strongly about philanthropic activies that the first line in the Phi Mu Creed reads, "To lend to those less fortunate a helping hand." These words aren't just clever prose, they're a guiding principle for Phi Mu's everywhere. The tradition is carried on today in many chapter activities.
Phi Mu is the only sorority to be a corporate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network (CMN). Supporting 170 CMN hospitals nationwide, Phi Mu has raised over $5 million since 1986, improving the quality of life for children everywhere.
Every year, our chapter makes our large contribution to CMN through an exciitng event called Wingfest.

WINGFEST
On April 2nd, 2008, Phi Mu Beta Tau held our 7th Annual Wing Fest. Together, we raised over $3,000 for Children's Miracle Network!
A great big Phi Mu Thank You goes out to all of those that participated, donated, sponsored, and attended the event. It was a success because of you!
On May 12, 2008, Phi Mu's Wing Fest received it's second consecutive award for "Outstanding Event" at Drexel's Annual Fraternity and Sorority Life Award Banquet.

Hoop-a-Paluza
This Fall Phi Mu will be holding what we hope to be our First Annual Hoop-a-Paluza! Hoop-a-Paluza is a basketball foul shoot contest in which the participants have sponsors pledge money for each basket made or overall participation.
All proceeds will go directly to Children's Miracle Network.
